This interactive educational classroom based course is part -2- of the two part process required for a first time Licensee, Responsible Person or Authorised Person for any licence type, or a member of Doorstaff within an on-licence. The training is primarily activity and exercise based, offering opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context to enhance skills and competencies around the legal responsibilities outlined in the Liquor Licensing and Public Entertainments Act 2021. The session includes practical exercises, breakout sessions and role plays.
Course cost £180 plus VAT
You cannot apply to be a Licensee or a Responsible Person nor take on the role as an Authorised Person for a licensee in the Isle of Man without having the Manx Licensing law (on-licence or off-licence) award.
You cannot apply to be a member of the register for Doorstaff in the Isle of Man without having the Manx Award in Door Supervision (Licensed premises) award.
